It’s in fashion to own a business these days, everybody is doing it even people that have a full-time job seem to have a side hustle of some description.

The competition had never been more fierce.

So before you do anything else in your business, you need to nail your customer service. If your existing clients aren’t raving about you and totally loving you sick the best social media strategy in the world isn’t going to save you.

So remember; good customer service isn’t good enough. It really needs to be absolutely exceptional and it’s free to say thank you to your clients, so please make sure you are doing that.

I deeply believe that you can do a really good job with your client and they might walk away and tell one of their friends about you……….

OR

You can do an exceptional job, blow them out of the water and they’ll go and tell 10 of their friends about you.
