I feel like I’m finally catching up with the rest of the world when it comes to food. Having recently experienced quite a lot of trauma in my life, it blew my mind when Perth nutritionist Jess Wilson explained how my hormones were impacting my diet choices.
For a second there I thought I ate the crème brulee tart because I had no willpower. Turns out there are greater forces at play.
Whether you want to know it or not, this stuff is damn interesting. And spoiler alert – those sausage rolls and cokes we had for breakfast when we were hung over in our 20’s, not so good after all!
