We’re pretty big on thank you’s (in case you haven’t noticed), particularly when it comes to your customers. What better way to say thank you, than with client gifting this Christmas.
A thank you is often free and goes a long way. Plus, your customers deserve it after all, they are what keeps your business running.
Christmas is the perfect opportunity to thank your clients for the year that was and throw a little extra love and sparkle their way. For Kristy and I, we do this a few different ways.
- I send a card in the post, yep good old snail mail! A Christmas card thanking them for their support that year and I include a small gift voucher, that can be redeemed in January only. Which happens to be our quietest month of the year (like what I did there).
- For our long term, super loyal clients we also give them a small gift in person. Usually a bottle of wine or a diary and chocolates. Always customised with our branding.
- In my husbands business we throw a sunset drinks and canapés party at a beautiful venue. This is always a huge win.
- In Kirsty’s business she likes to send a stunning hamper stocked with local goods.
Each of our businesses differ enormously in many ways. You choose your thank you how best fits your business and your budget etc. It truly is the thought that counts.
However for those of you who are stuck, I was fortunate enough to have a chat to client gifting expert, Narelle Wilson founder of Wildwood Studio, to gain her insight on how you can nail your client gifting this Christmas.
Narelle is your ultimate go – to gal when looking for client gifts. Her business makes stunning, thoughtfully curated gift boxes that are certain to make an impression.
