First session: Business strategy
We’ll open the day with me, Elsa Mitchell, taking stock of where your business is at now, where you would like it to be in the next 12 months and creating an action plan to get you there.

Second session: Instagram Reels
I know everyone is dying to wrap their head around Instagram and the latest Reels feature. So I’ve called in the expert; Ela Mazur Creative.
Ela will teach you:

When to post
The best part of this session is that it’s going to be hands on, you wont leave without having created at least 1 reel and hopefully more. The best part is, you’ll have the whole day with Ela to interact and really nail your Instagram strategy.
The key to every good event is the food. A beautiful and super healthy lunch will be provided with an opportunity for you to network.
Third session: Relationship with food
When you’re a busy business owner all of a sudden our diet becomes (even more) important.
Stress causes stomach issues.
Fatigue can lead to sugar binging.
Anxiety can lead to large increase of wine intake.
I am guilty of all of the above and so when I spoke to Perth nutritionist Jess Wilson about our relationships with food and why we make the choices we make, my mind was BLOWN!
I believe a healthy body and a healthy mind is key to being successful in life. How can it not be? And because we so often put ourselves last, it was important to include this session into the day you’ve taken the time out for, for YOU!
And what better way to end the day than with Russell Storey from Connected Breathe guiding us through an empowering breathe work session.
Connected Breathwork is a simple yet profound practice which utilises an open, flowing breathing pattern to create physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. It really is the ultimate tool for optimal living.
In our hour together, Russell will share the basics of Connected Breathwork and you can learn how to transform stress and anxiety into a sense of deep relaxation and peace.
