Its not every day you come across a business that oozes heart and soul right from the second you stumble across their website. I think it’s safe to say that portraying your values and personality on a digital platform is one of the biggest challenges small businesses face in modern times.
It never ceases to amaze me how you can get a feel for someones energy just from reading an email they send. Given I have spent 18 years in a face to face customer service business, online communication is still extremely foreign to me. Which makes no sense given we have created an internet based business. I’m weird I know.
I’ve always been overly interested in other people’s business. When I say I always, I mean always. Some might call it nosey, but I choose to think of it as a deep seeded curiosity that fuels my passion to help people succeed. (I’m also known as dramatic, did you pick up on that?).
I always struggle to find the words to best describe Rowena Hateley. She calls herself an Intuitive Coach but I’d like to call her a god (or goddess). But I wonder if that’s over selling it?
What makes a good blogger great? Authenticity. That genuine passion and eagerness to share with the world something you truly love. It can’t be faked.
