I’ve deleted the start of this post so many times. Usually sharing the stories behind our businesses come easily to me but this ones different. This one is a privilege to share and I wanted to share it with the honour it deserves.
I never really had a true appreciation for fitness until after the birth of my twins. Initially it was vanity that drove me to the gym, determination to see those abs back together, but it quickly became something else. Having a baby is life changing (no shiz right?) and can be lonely. The mental benefits of exercising are so rewarding, it is has become essential in my daily routine.
When I started blogging, the world of bloggers was full of sunshine and rainbows and we all lifted each other up with support and encouragement. Businesses thought we were cool, the world was a wonderful place. Then something shifted.
